Customer Care: Backorder Policy
Backorder products are "out-of-stock" items. These stocks are awaiting delivery from our suppliers. When you order an item that is out of stock, you will be informed by e-mail that your order is a "backorder". You may continue to place an order with the knowledge that delivery date cannot be guaranteed.
Backorder usually takes up to 3 to 10 days depending on the stock level and its demand.
You will be notified via e-mail when the products arrive at our warehouse and are ready for shipment to arrive at your home.
For any backorder products that you order, payment in full is required before the order can be processed. In circumstances where you wish to cancel a previously placed order, this may only be done prior to shipping. In this event, the purchase price of the product will be credited within 4 working days.
