Can I cancel my order once it has been placed?

So long as your order has not yet been dispatched, orders can be cancelled by emailing our Customer Care on customercare@gobaz.com quoting your email address and order number.
Note: Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched.
Do I have to pay by Credit card?
No, we also accept payment by Splash Plastic.

Is it safe to shop online at gobaz.com with my credit card?

Do you deliver to locations outside the UK?

Yes, we will deliver to anywhere in the world, but our next working day delivery options are only available for England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland and Isle of Man.

How do I become a Gobaz.com member?

You can register as a member by completing the details in the members form. Alternatively,you can become a member at the checkout. From then on in, every time you want to make further purchases from Gobaz.com you will not need to re-enter your address, delivery details etc.

What if I have a Customer Service problem?

In the first instance please email Customer Care on customercare@gobaz.com with your order number or invoice number. Please state clearly the problem or query. A Customer Care Assistant will respond quickly during working hours.
