Customer Care: Gift Wrapping
Gift Wrapping can be included with your order on a per-product basis.
It costs £3.50 for 1st item then £2 per item thereafter. So the more you buy the more you save!
This includes appropriate wrapping paper, decorative bow and gift tag.
Where necessary a gift bag or box will be used.
To add gift wrapping, either:
- Tick the box on the product page, select a wrapping type, and then type any gift tag message before adding a product to your shopping basket
or:
- In the shopping cart, select "Y" in the gift wrap column for the product you wish to gift wrap, clicking the "Update Cart" button at the bottom of the page does not automatically reload.
- The gift tag message for this product will now be displayed - click "add / change message" to show a window into which you can select a wrapping type, and type your new gift tag message.
- Once you have made your changes, click "Save Changes" to save it and continue with your order.
- Complete your order as normal, and we will then wrap and tag your present before sending it to you!
If you want to order two products the same, and have only one of them gift wrapped, place the product in your basket twice, instead of setting the quantity to 2. Then simply set one of the lines to gift wrapped and leave the other one disabled.
