Customer Care: Purchasing Help

Gobazaar product pages were designed to offer maximum information and cause minimum confusion so we split the pages up into sections for the different areas of information relevant to each product. Below is an annotated visual aid and a list of explanations for each section. The list explains all the different aspects of the product page so you know exactly what to look for when you are considering buying each product.

Product Name & Image
This section shows the full name of the product and an image of what the product looks like.
Price, Loyalty Points and Related Products
This section shows you all the relevant price information for the product you are viewing. It also tells you how many loyalty points you can earn by purchasing this item. (Loyalty Points are only available to Gobazaar members) It also shows you which section of the catalogue this item is listed in and offers you the chance to view similar products from the sane section.
Description
The 'Description' box gives you information about the product, such as the products size, the colours available, what it is made of, how much it wieghs or what it contains.
Availability
From time to time our stock of a certain product may run out. We try not to let this happen but some products are just too popular! The Availability section is there to show you if we can despatch you order straight away or if there may be a short waiting perod.
The 'Buy Now' button
By clicking on this button you will be taken to the Shopping Basket page where you can view, edit or delete any products currently in your basket, then choose to continue shopping or proceed to the checkout and finalise your purchase(s)
