Customer Care: Finding A Product

To enable you to find products quickly we have prepared the following visual aid. The image below is annotated with the numbers 1 to 8 which correspond with the list below the image. Using these two items should let you know everything about how to find what you want during your visit to Gobaz.com.

Site Navigation
This horizontal strip runs along the top of the site at all times and allows you access to the homepage, the customer service section, our contact details and the giftfinder at any time. It also shows the current date.
Shopping Cart Information
In the top right corner of the site you will see links to 'Your Account', 'View Basket' and 'Checkout'. Below these links (in the yellow bar) you will also be able to see how many items you currently have in your Shopping Basket and what their total value is. You can follow the links at any time to view your personal account information / create an account with us, view or edit your Shopping Basket contents or proceed to the checkout to make your final payment. Top Ten
This section lists our Five featured products. Changed daily, the aim of 'Todays Five' is to reccomend some of our newer or more popular products and to introduce users to our product range in general In some instances this section will not appear due to the nature of the page your are viewing at the time.
Members Zone
This section provides you with links to some of the more personal sections of Gobaz.com such as horoscopes, the monthly (and quarterly) competition and Loyalty Points (which you earn with every purchase if you are a Gobaz.com member) In some instances this section will not appear due to the nature of the page your are viewing at the time.
Search
The search function allows you to search the entire Gobazaar products catalogue and will list any matching products in an easy to view list, with links to each individual product. In some instances this section will not appear due to the nature of the page your are viewing at the time.
Safe Shopping & Delivery Info
The Safe Shopping section shows you the measures we take to protect you and your personal details when you make a purchase. The Delivery Info section allows you to see our delivery information and offers you the ability to see a more detailed description of our delivery charges. In some instances this section will not appear due to the nature of the page your are viewing at the time.
Features
Although the 'Just Arrived', 'Special Offers', 'Top Sellers' and 'Big Bargains' features only appear in this format on the homepage, you can view them at any time by following the links at the bottom of the catalogue navigation on the left. (please see figure 2 above)
